Captain Scott Singleton is "The Sportsman Specter." He was born with a fishing rod in-hand and was raised on the Magothy and Choptank Rivers.  For nearly twenty years, he was a successful charter fishing Captain on the Chesapeake Bay, and he still holds a USCG 100-Ton Master Captain’s License. He has also held a Maryland Waterfowl Hunting Guide’s License for over a decade, and has guided clients on countless, duck and goose hunts.  Capt. Scott is perhaps most notably known as true dog lover and a friend to the canine community.

While he may not be a best-selling novelist or a Pulitzer winner, Capt.
